Return/Exchange/Refund Policy

Return/Exchange

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.  This includes site sale, holiday sales, flash sales, or items purchased with a discount code or gift card/certificate. 

We will correct any error made on behalf of Agape Threads.  Also, if the product you received is determined to be defective, your order is eligible for an exchange. 

Defective Product

Within 7 days of receiving your order, please email us at ajonestouch@gmail.com.  Include your order number and the email address and name used on the order.  Attach pictures of the product showing the entire product and the defect or size error. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged. 

Incorrect Item Shipped

Within 7 days of receiving your order, please email us at ajonestouch@gmail.com.  Include your order number and the email address and name used on the order.  Specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the design, color and size. Attach a picture of the incorrect item you received.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged. 

Cancellations

Due to our highly automated process, orders go immediately into production.  Once your order has been submitted, it is not possible to cancel.
